In February 2008, Falck Renewables received accreditation for its Environmental Management System to the ISO14001:2004 environmental standard. The scope of the EMS covers the development, installation and operation of wind farms. This international standard seeks to ensure consistency and high quality in the management of environmental processes, and rigorously examines companies' approach to issues such as the environmental monitoring of sites.
