Enrico Falck

Born in Milan on 28 May 1975, he obtained a Diploma in Marketing and Finance from the European Business School of Milan in 2000. He holds a Master's Degree in Small Enterprises from the Bocconi University of Milan, obtained in 2001/2002. Until 2003 he worked in the financial sector, collaborating with a number of Italian industrial groups and consulting firms (such as Medinvest SpA, the Pandolfo Group and McKinsey & Company). He joined the Falck Group in 2001, where he was involved in team project finance for WtE projects from 2004 to 2006 and served as Project Developer for Biogas projects, in Falck Renewables SpA, from 2006 to 2009. He is currently the Chairman of Falck SpA and Falck Energy SpA.

Toni Volpe

Born in Salerno on 3 May 1972, he graduated cum laude from the "Politecnico" University of Milan in Management, Industrial and Economics Engineering in 1997 and obtained an MBA from the Columbia University School of Business of New York in 2002. He gained experience in Marseilles, France, at Decathlon and from 1998 in management consultancy at Bain & Company in Milan. He moved to the energy sector in 2004 joining the Corporate Strategy Department of the Enel Group in Rome. He assumed the role of CEO and Chairman of Enel Green Power North America in 2005 in Boston, USA, then the role of Enel Group HR Planning and Development in 2011 and, in 2014, that of Country Manager and CEO of Enel Romania in Bucharest. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Falck Renewables SpA.

Paolo Rundeddu

Paolo Rundeddu is Chief Financial Officer & Head of Administration, Tax, Finance, Planning & Control and Investor Relations at Falck Renewables SpA, besides being Executive Responsible for the drawing of the Company Accounting documents.

He graduated in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, in 1990. He began his professional career at Andersen Consulting SpA.

In 1991, he joined ABB Finanziaria, dealing with treasury and interest rate risk management; from 1997 to 2001 he was at Merloni Elettrodomestici SpA as central treasury and insurance risk manager and from May 2001 to July 2004 he was finance manager and investor relator at H3G SpA and worked on launching the UMTS technology with the “3” brand.

From 2004 to 2009 he held the following executive roles within A2A SpA (formerly known as AEM SpA): finance executive, finance and administration manager and financial reporting officer (2005) and administration, procurement and logistics manager (2008).

Paolo Rundeddu joined the Group in May 2009 as CFO and Head of Management Services Department in Falck and as Financial Reporting Officer of Falck Renewables.

Marco Cittadini

Marco Cittadini is Head of Clients Services of Falck Renewables SpA.

Until 2016, he was Managing Director of Simav SpA and Head of Strategy and Innovation at Siram SpA (both Veolia Group companies).

Previously, he was Managing Director of Poyry Energy srl in Italy and heading, out of Zurich, international activities of the same Finnish Group in the management consulting and engineering sector.

From 2001 till 2004 he was part of Sapient Corporation, in Milan, a US based company focused on digital innovation and new business models. From 1997 till 2000, he was based in the UK, working for Allegheny Technologies, a global high tech manufacturer. Marco Cittadini holds an engineering degree and a MSc in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi University.

Carmelo Tantillo

Carmelo Tantillo is the South Europe Area Manager of Falck Renewables SpA.

He graduated in Electrotechnical Engineering from Catania University in 1984.

He began his professional career at Agip SpA (Eni Group) between 1985 and 1988 and was engaged by Selm SpA (Montedison Group), which subsequently became Agip Petroli SpA (Eni Group), as operations assistant to the plant coordinator of the Priolo petrochemical plant.

In 1993 he was appointed central manager of the thermoelectrical department and in 1995 he became the utilities production plant manager. From 1998 to 2004 he held executive roles within MEGS—Mediterranean Electric Generating Services S.r.l.

Sergio Chiericoni

Since early 2014, Sergio Chiericoni is the Managing Director of Falck Renewables Wind Ltd, in London, responsible for the subsidy Company management and administration. At Group Level, for the Parent Company, he covers the positions of North Europe Area Manager and is also responsible for leading the Company efforts in the field of Plants Construction.

He obtained his MSc in Engineering at University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He worked at Bolton Group as Electrical Department Manager at the Manufacturing Plant in the South of Italy.

Through more than 12 years in Technip Group he covered several and fast growing management roles in the areas of Estimating, Proposals, Engineering, and Construction for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and other industries, worldwide. The highest position covered from 2007 to 2009 was Vice President, Engineering for the On-Shore Facilities.

Between Apr 2009 and Oct 2010, he joined the ICQ Holding where he started his carrier in the Renewables. He was working as Director of Process and Engineering in key business development programs.

Between Oct 2010 and Feb 2014 he joined SunPower Corporation. For both 3rd Party EPC and Captive Projects he was the Managing Director, covering EMEA and APAC regions, and covering Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plants as well as Commercial Roof Top.

Luca Pilenga

Luca Pilenga graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he has studied in Finland (Helsinki University of Technology) and India (Indian Institute of Technology Bombay) and has started his professional carrier with an internship in Sri Lanka.

His entrepreneurial attitude and his international background have played a relevant role when, following a brief experience in consulting, in 2009 he has decided to join the Falck Renewables Group as Project Developer. During last 7 years, he has grown his experiences and competencies in different fields and, after having worked in corporate strategy, he became Business Strategy Assistant to the CEO of Falck Renewables S.p.A.

From July 2015 to March 2016 he has played the role of Chairman for the Vector Cuatro Group to manage the transition period post-acquisition. Vector Cuatro is a service company which headquarter is based in Madrid and which has companies in 9 different countries together with activities around the world focused.

Since February 2015 he is Head of Energy Management for the Falck Renewables Group.

Vittorio Grande

Vittorio Grande is the Head of Operations of Falck Renewables Spa, responsible at group level for the operations, technical innovation, performance and plant improvement activities.

Since 1996 he has worked at ENERCON GmbH covering different roles and responsibilities: field service in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, first product importation, installation, commissioning and optimization of several wind turbines in Italy.

He then joined ENERCON Service Italia srl as Operations Manager, responsible for the constitution and set up of an independent Service company for the Group. From 2002 to 2014 he worked as Sole Managing Director of ENERCON Service Italia srl.

In 2014 he joined Falck Renewables SpA as Head of Operations & Maintenance, being responsible for the operations and maintenance activities of all productions plant in Italy, UK, Scotland, France, Spain.
