REPORT 2019
SUSTAINABILITY
AS A GUIDE
Sustainability naturally drives every sector of our business. For us, sustainability is what defines the space within which our strategic guidelines are drawn up and our activities are implemented. We are guided by a sustainable strategy.
We intend to continue our mission as green growth enablers for partners, customers and other stakeholders, thanks to a unique business model, which revolves around the three fundamental values of innovation, competence and care for our planet.
It is on these bases – industrial, ethical and social – that we are ready to make a tangible contribution to global sustainable development.
The Sutainability Report 2019 describes the results achieved to date.
HIGHLIGHT 2019
* To be understood as the engagement of the local community through cooperative schemes, ownership schemes, benefit schemes or with the local enabling of sustainable energy consumption services (i.e. community energy PPA, access to net metering credit schemes, etc.).

THE MATERIALITY ANALYSIS
The materiality analysis is an important part of our way of doing business as it allows us to identify the sustainability issues on which to focus our commitment.
In 2019 we have strengthened the listening process, involving some key stakeholders, to explore the quality of the relationship that links them with us, to find out which sustainability issues are relevant to them, and to know how they see us working in regard to these issues.
THE SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORK
In 2019 we have conceived the Sustainability Framework (SUF), developing the 11 material aspects into specific goals, both in the short and medium term, and integrating them with risk analysis, in support of the strategic planning process.

4 STRATEGIC SUSTAINABILITY GOALS
The SUF has enabled us to identify 4 strategic sustainability goals, one for each Capital that we use and transform with our business.
Within the Roadmap 2025, our Group's strategic industrial plan, we wanted to make sustainability commitments that could be measured, verifying progress with as many Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

THE SDGS
WE CONTRIBUTE TO
