The Board of Statutory Auditors is the body to which management control powers are attributed by law. It monitors compliance with the law and the Articles of Association, compliance with the principles of correct administration and, in particular, the adequacy of the organisational and accounting structure adopted by the Company and its concrete functioning. The Statutory Auditors act with autonomy and independence.

The composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors complies with the criterion of distribution of the less represented gender introduced by the Budget Law 2020 (2/5 of the members belonging to the less represented gender) and the same criterion will be applied also with the renewal of the current Board. The Board of Statutory Auditors shall remain in office for a period not exceeding three financial years and shall be appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on the basis of the lists submitted by the Shareholders in accordance with the voting mechanism set out in the Articles of Association.

The current Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 7 May 2020. The current members of the Board of Statutory Auditors are:
