Falck Renewables | Whistleblowing - Falck
Whistleblowing
We make the whistleblowing platform available to anyone (employees, clients, suppliers, commercial partners, financiers, consultants, collaborators) who, in good faith and based on ethical principles of integrity, intends to make a report regarding the aspects cited subsequently.
WHAT TO REPORT
Violations or alleged violations of the following regulations in Falck Renewables S.p.A. and the Italian and foreign subsidiaries of the Falck Renewables Group:

  • laws, regulations, and measures by oversight, supervisory or regulatory authorities;
  • Code of Ethics;
  • Organization and Management Model pursuant to Italian legislative decree no. 231 of 2001 adopted by Falck Renewables S.p.A. and Italian subsidiaries of the Falck Renewables Group;
  • local anti-corruption regulations or other regulations governing the liability of legal persons applicable to the foreign subsidiaries (e.g. UK Bribery Act, Spanish Ley Orgánica);
  • specific regulations addressing slavery, human trafficking and human rights issues at workplace (e.g. UK Modern Slavery Act);
  • internal procedures of the Falck Renewables Group.
The Portal must not be used for business communications (such as commercial complaints). As a general practice, it is expected that any working issue will be resolved, if possible, between the employee and his/her colleagues and/or the relevant line manager, also informally.
PROTECTION OF THE REPORTED PERSON
During the investigation process, the reported person subject to the allegation will be entitled, in any case, to defend himself/herself. Reports made with the intent to damage or libel the reported person, will result in action against the whistleblower on the basis of the measures envisaged under the company's disciplinary system and evaluate the possibility of taking appropriate legal action.
PROTECTION OF THE REPORTER
Falck Renewables S.p.A. undertakes to protect against possible intimidation and retaliation those who have made a report in good faith. Access to the Portal is managed in no-log mode in order to prevent the identification of the reporter.
WHO MANAGES THE REPORT
The duty to receive and address the reports is entrusted to the head of the Internal Audit department of Falck Renewables S.p.A.
