THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF FALCK RENEWABLES APPROVED THE AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES 17 AND 24 OF THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Milan, Italy, February 25, 2020 – Today, the Board of Directors of Falck Renewables S.p.A., pursuant to Article 20 of the Articles of Association, resolved to update the Articles of Association to the new provisions introduced by Law no. 160 of 27 December 2019, concerning the criteria ensuring gender balance in the composition of the Boards of Directors and Statutory Auditors of listed companies.
Specifically, the Board of Directors of Falck Renewables approved the amendments to Articles 17 and 24 of the Articles of Association. The minutes of the Board of Directors' resolutions and the updated text of the Articles of Association will be made available at the Company's headquarter in Corso Venezia 16 (Milan), online in the Corporate Governance section of the website www.falckrenewables.eu and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com), as required by law.
