Over the past three years we published a diversity and inclusion policy and increased the number of women in our Board of Directors by 50% in 2022 and we have been included in Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index (GEI) for the second year in a row.
What are the actions needed to enable us and others to grow?
In order to face future challenges with the right energy, we wanted to express what it means to work at our Group and the approach we seek to implement every day, through eight practices.

The training courses that we have proposed are intended to encourage and enhance the growth of skills and the sharing of values for sustainable development within us.
