Focus on health and well-being
Respect for people, improving their environment, and protecting their physical and psychological integrity are all values that set us apart. Through our QHSE Policy, we strive to guarantee integrated process management with the aim of minimizing the risks to the health and safety of our employees. Safety management systems (BS OHSAS 18001 and UNI EN ISO 45001) are an integral part of our sustainability approach and ensure optimal work management within the corporate structure. 
Remote Working
We have introduced remote working with the aim of meeting employee needs in terms of work-life balance. This initiative has made it possible to work off company premises for up to 2 days per week.
Children in the office
Our head office in Sesto San Giovanni is open to employees’ children on certain days of the year, with afternoon activities for families so they can spend time together.
Well-being
The mental and physical health and well-being of our employees is key.We promote participation in sports events (city marathons, company sports games). Doing sports is a great way to boost team spirit. Being part of a team not only teaches you how to work together well, it also develops the spirit of fair play that is fundamental in both sports and everyday life.  

A wellness area is available at the Sesto San Giovanni head office, equipped with a gym and sauna and used by over half of the employees. The “well-being program” also includes a yoga course, sessions with nutritionists and other sessions with specialists.
